Better late than never — I’m here to share some of the things I was obsessing over this April! Here are some things I have been absolutely loving:
wearing my glasses out instead of contacts
the banter in Pride & Prejudice (I saw it for the first time for the recent 20th anniversary rerelease in theaters)
Lorde’s return!!!!
maxi skirt & sneaker combos
brigadeiros
riding the subway without headphones
sneaking Chipotle burritos into the movie theater
running, but for real this time
Little Shop of Horrors soundtrack
stretching my body when I wake up and before I go to sleep
walking the High Line
blueberry matcha lattes
“What Was That” by Lorde!!!!!
London — the city, and everything about my most recent trip there!!!
As Young As This by Roxy Dunn
hugo spritzes
it being Emily Henry release month!!! (I still haven’t had a chance to read it yet, though)
REFY Brow Sculpt gel
Anakin Skywalker (no questions at this time, please)
(I also saw Revenge of the Sith in theaters for the 20th anniversary re-release and loved every second of watching it on the big screen)
Onitsuka Tiger sneakers
Hamburger America (my coworkers & I love to go here for lunch)
The Summer I Turned Pretty Trailer (& rewatching the first two seasons to prepare)
watching full episodes of Hannah Montana on YouTube as I get ready for work in the mornings
Bob from Thunderbolts*
Again, Lorde announcing her next album release date!!!!
April was a particularly good month for me & music I’m obsessing over — here are some of the songs I had on repeat:
“What Was That” - Lorde (if you couldn’t already guess — this means a lot to me)
Jensen McRae’s album I Don’t Know How But They Found Me!
Some initial standouts for me are “Daffodil,”“Mother Wound” & “Let Me Be Wrong,” but I honestly have had the whole album on repeat
“C’Mon Man!” - 76th Street
“Anthems For A Seventeen Year-Old Girl” - Maggie Rogers & Sylvan Esso
This song is so The Summer I Turned Pretty-coded if you ask me, but maybe I just can’t stop thinking about Conrad and Belly
“Shutter Island” - Sasha Cee
“Death Wish - Live from the O2 Arena” - Gracie Abrams
“undressed” - sombr
“All” - Snow Patrol
& of course, here are some digital “postcards” I was sharing with friends the past month:

Until next month! xoxo
